If you are here, chances are you have lost your spouse, your person, your forever, whether suddenly and unexpectedly or after a long goodbye. I am so sorry you are part of this club no one ever chooses.

This space was created to offer grace for the days that feel unbearable, hope for the moments when you can’t see what’s ahead, and support from someone who understands. After losing my late husband, Jason, I found myself trying to navigate a world that no longer made sense. Through heartbreak, faith, setbacks, and small steps forward, I have learned that grief and grace can exist together and that new beginnings are possible, even when we never asked for them.
